Momentum Lab Sprint
Enrolling now for January 19th–February 13th, 2026
Most dashboards inside Aspire don't fail because of the software. They fail because they're disconnected from real responsibility. This sprint turns dashboards from passive screens into active tools for decisions.
When a dashboard reflects what you actually manage and when the data behind it is trusted, it becomes more than a report. It becomes a control panel for decisions.
This sprint exists to turn dashboards from passive screens into active tools. By the end, you'll have a dashboard tied directly to your role, your goals, and a process for improving a real metric during this sprint, not someday, but now.
Dashboards are often the first place teams realize whether their systems are actually supporting the year ahead.
This sprint is designed for professionals who want more than surface-level reporting. If you want dashboards that reflect real work and lead to real conversations, you're in the right place.
You'll walk away with:
This isn't a passive training. It's a working sprint. You will build, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve, not just learn about dashboards.
Create a dashboard aligned with three responsibilities from your intake form. Learn how to validate widget results and trace data sources.
Map the flow of data, identify inputs, and develop an action plan. Pick a widget for your challenge and define how you'll influence it.
Take action on your chosen metric. Track results daily, problem-solve, and prepare for a 1:1 call for tailored guidance.
Write SOPs, share widgets with teammates, and establish weekly review habits. Build a roadmap for your next dashboard or teammate support.
Receive individualized feedback and a certificate when you reach the goal you set.
You're not doing this alone.
You'll always know your next step, and why it matters.
This sprint is led by Darrin and Paula from the Beyond the Software team. With years of hands-on Aspire experience and a coaching approach grounded in action rather than theory, they guide, not dictate.
The goal isn't dependency. The goal is capability. Our best outcome is watching you graduate with confidence.

Dashboards only drive action when data, responsibility, and ownership are connected together. This sprint combines all three so you create something that lasts, not just something that looks good.
You choose the widgets based on real responsibilities, so your dashboard reflects your work, not a template or someone else's priorities.
Instead of ignoring inaccurate inputs, you learn where they come from and how to fix them or collaborate with teammates to improve them.
You don't stop at building a dashboard. You run a challenge, track results, and practice influencing a metric. You don't just learn, you actually move the needle.
The investment for the Dashboard Sprint includes:
ROI here isn't just about dollars. It's how quickly you can spot issues, influence outcomes, improve accuracy, and make better decisions.
Even modest improvements in hours, invoicing, routing, or labor can offset the cost of the sprint.
Most participants spend 2–4 hours weekly, including calls and homework.
Not required, but highly recommended. Recordings are available.
That's expected. Week 2 is dedicated to understanding and improving accuracy.
You'll build one dashboard with three widgets and learn how to replicate the process you can use again.
No, and that's intentional. You'll choose based on your role and goals. We guide without prescribing.
Most participants do, sometimes incremental, sometimes significant.
Written feedback on worksheets, plus a one-on-one call for personalized support.
Each sprint registration is for one participant, though you can add-on additional teammates or opt for a private session. By the end of the sprint you will be equipped to engage them with what you've learned.
Ready to build a dashboard that drives action? Register for the upcoming sprint and we'll send you all the details and next steps.
When this sprint ends, your progress doesn't. You'll leave with repeatable templates, a roadmap for your next widget, confidence in ownership and accuracy, and a foundation for future sprints in Momentum Lab.
This sprint builds dashboards. The next builds capability.
